Warranty
All DIEZMAISON furniture is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal residential use.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural failures resulting from production
- Hardware defects under normal residential use
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural aging and the unique patina of genuine leather
- Natural variations in stone, marble, wood, or other natural materials
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or commercial use
- Scratches, stains, impacts, burns, or unauthorized modifications
Furniture Care
Genuine Leather
- Clean regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and excessive heat.
- Use only premium leather care products recommended for genuine leather.
Natural Stone
- Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining.
- Always use coasters, placemats, and protective pads.
